Design and build of 89 affordable units for rent and shared ownership, associated demolitions, infrastructure works, service diversions, landscaping, parking and new community centre.

The site forms Phase 1 (Plot 02; Blocks C, D and E) of the overall comprehensive redevelopment and regeneration of the area.

This project will deliver high quality new build regeneration in a mixed tenure community. The site is within a restricted access environment and in close proximity to occupied residential dwellings.
A new network of public streets and square will create open space for public and communal use. The curently unused grass areas will be replaced with courtyards, gardens and squares each including safe places to play, areas for quiet relaxation, varied attractive planting, new habitats and tree planting.

This project will provide much needed homes, built to Lifetime Homes standards, for existing and new residents.
