Design and build of 77 residential dwellings for social rent containing a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. The project is in two blocks rising to 6 storeys high to include external hard and soft landscaping, cycle storage, plant rooms and a new sub-station.

The project comprises of demolition of two existing houses, site clearance of the remaining greenfield site and the removal of an invasive species (Japanese Knotweed).

The site includes two L-shaped mansion blocks fronting onto Grange Road and Solent Rise. A 5 storey block with a 6th floor set back located to the west of the site and a 4 storey block with a 5th floor set back is located to the east of the site.

The two proposed buildings are arranged around a private communal courtyard that fronts the Greenway to the north.
