The design and build of 208 new flats in the heart of Tower Hamlets, included in the development was three shell and core retail units.

The housing units were built on the site of a former Safeway supermarket and included 208 flats with basement car parking. This mixed-use development also included shell and core retail units, one of which is a Tesco Metro.

In addition, there are a number of adjoining 10-storey blocks with associated landscaping and public realm walk through. There is a separate parking area for the retail units.
