The design and build of a landmark development comprising 133 mixed tenure units in three blocks, with 89 private sale units in a 24-storey tower.

The unit mix included one, two and three bed units; of which 13 properties were wheelchair accessible.

All the homes had an EcoHomes rating of 'Excellent', which meant a more substantial living for the residents and all of the homes were built to ‘Lifetime Homes’ standards. The scheme included high quality play areas for young people and toddlers, a community space, concierge facilities and a retail unit at the base of the tower block.

Sadie Frost was involved with the design of kitchens “When I looked into designing the kitchens I wanted to create an area that I related to and would be practical, stylish, modern and would be ideal for entertaining and family living” – Sadie Frost.
