Higgins is appointed to five lots on the Hyde Group Main Contractor Framework

Higgins has been appointed to five lots on the Hyde Group main contractor framework. Lot 2 covers projects in Kent above £10 million; lot 4 for projects in the South region above £10 million; lot 5 for projects in London between £5 million and £10 million; lot 6 for projects in London above £10 million and lot 7 for projects in all regions above £25 million.

Hyde anticipates building approximately 11,000 mixed tenure homes over the next five years and the programme will primarily cover residential developments with the possibility of some ancillary retail and commercial development.
The new framework comprised of eight lots, including a modern methods of construction category. The largest value lot is for projects over £25m, with regional lots covering Kent and the South, each split between projects of £5-£10m and over £10m.
