We are committed to providing apprenticeship and training opportunities for all, from young apprentices leaving school and college, through to those who are looking for a career change and interested in the wealth of careers available within the construction industry.

“Our successful annual Management Trainee Programme also allow school leavers to join a degree apprenticeship route giving them a stepping stone into a fulfilling career. Its wonderful to have all our hard work celebrated through these awards.”

The National Apprenticeship Awards received over 1,000 entries from apprentice employers, apprentices, and apprenticeship champions from all over England. The breadth of industries and sectors recognised highlights the broad appeal of apprenticeships, and how employers and individuals are continuing to build business and career success through apprenticeships.
