Higgins Partnerships has been shortlisted for Best Apprenticeship Programme at this year’s BPIC (Black Professionals in Construction) Awards 2021.

The awards celebrate organisations and individuals excelling in their chosen fields with judges looking at a company’s commitment to the apprenticeship programme, successful completion of apprenticeships and evidence of further success of individuals after apprenticeships and any stand-out performance which merit – the BPIC factor.

Amy Ross, Head of Social Value comments, “As an organisation we are committed to diversity and inclusion and are proud to partner with BPIC Network. It is wonderful to have the work we do through our apprenticeship programme recognised at the BPIC’s first annual awards. We look forward to the award ceremony and wish all those who have been shortlisted the best of luck.”

As part of its strategic alliance with Black Professionals in Construction, Higgins promotes the wealth of opportunities available to everyone, irrespective of gender or ethnicity and actively work to increase diversity and inclusion within the construction industry.
