Higgins Group is delighted to have received the We Invest in People, Silver Accreditation from Investors in People.

Investors in People has been working with organisations across the world since 1991 to make work better in terms of employee connection, engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture, which all has a positive impact on staff retention, attraction and development.

Julie Brooks, Director of Compliance at Higgins Partnerships comments, “We are delighted that we have achieved Investors in People Silver Accreditation and want to thank everyone in the business for their contribution and dedication to making this happen.

“Our We Invest in People assessment is also a great opportunity for us to hear from our team, and after a challenging few years within the construction industry, it's encouraging to see so many positive comments.

“We will be taking feedback from the assessment report to drive continual improvement, embracing the principles of the ‘We Invest in People’ framework to ensure we continue to provide effective people management and development and, in doing so, driving high performance and business success.”

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Higgins Group. Silver accreditation on We invest in people is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Higgins in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”

Only 23% of organisations achieve the silver award. It means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means people and leaders are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency and everyone in the organisation are feeling the effects!

Investors in People believes that the success of an organisation begins and ends with people. If we make work better for everyone, we make work better for every organisation. And if we do that… we make society stronger, healthier and happier.
