Higgins Partnerships named on LHC Refurbishment and Modernisation (RM3) Framework

Higgins Partnerships has been awarded a number of lots across London and the South-East on the brand new LHC Refurbishment and Modernisation (RM3) framework. 

The framework has been developed following extensive ongoing engagement and consultation with the market, public sector, housing associations and local authorities to provide an efficient, value-for-money procurement route to deliver high quality projects and improve the lives of tenants and occupants within them. 

LHC is a leading, not-for-profit, purchasing consortium that provides best value, compliant procurement solutions for the refurbishment and maintenance of social housing, schools and other public sector buildings in England, Wales and Scotland.

Higgins Partnerships will be working with LHC clients and partners over the next four years.
