Higgins Partnerships Secures two Lots on CHICs Newbuild Development Framework

Higgins Partnerships is delighted to announce that it has been successfully appointed to CHIC's Newbuild Development Framework under Lot 2 for Development Contracting Services and Lot 3 for Regeneration. This achievement reflects Higgins’ commitment to delivering high quality services and solutions in collaboration with CHIC (Communities and Housing Investment Consortium).
The Newbuild Development Framework is an integral part of CHIC's commitment to providing compliant procurement solutions and commercial support to its members. It caters for a wide range of project types, from small infill and garage sites to large estate regeneration projects including newbuild, refurbishment/retrofit and cross subsidy housing for sale. It also provides MMC solutions including fully modular, frame & panel and turnkey options.
