Greenhill Centre Development Shortlisted for LABC Warranty, The Bricks Site Recognition Awards

We are thrilled to announce that our Greenhill Centre development, in partnership with the London Borough of Newham, has been shortlisted for LABC Warranty’s The Bricks Site Recognition Awards this year.

The Bricks Awards celebrate the very best in construction practices and workmanship, recognising developments that exemplify exceptional site management and craftsmanship. Being shortlisted is a testament to the quality and care invested in this development.

Greenhill Centre will deliver 81 affordable, low-energy homes, all designed to achieve Passivhaus Classic certification. This means residents will enjoy lower energy bills, improved comfort, and healthier indoor air quality, enhancing their quality of life. In addition to providing high-quality homes, the development will include several community-focused amenities such as a gym space, a community garden, landscape improvements, and the preservation of mature trees, all contributing to the project’s sustainability and wellbeing goals.
