Celebrating Volunteers’ Week: Making a Lasting Difference in Our Communities

At Higgins, we are proud to mark this year’s Volunteers’ Week by celebrating the incredible contribution our teams have made to the communities surrounding our developments.

Since Volunteers’ Week 2025, our colleagues have dedicated their time, skills, and enthusiasm to supporting local residents, schools, charities, and community organisations through a wide range of volunteering and engagement initiatives.

Together, we have delivered an outstanding 1,725 volunteering hours, including:

• 819 community engagement hours supporting local initiatives, events, and community programmes.
• 906 student engagement hours inspiring young people through careers events, mentoring, training, and educational support.

Whether helping to enhance green spaces, supporting local events, or encouraging the next generation to explore careers in construction, our teams continue to go beyond building homes, creating stronger communities and leaving a positive legacy.

These achievements would not be possible without the passion and commitment of our team, who consistently give their time to make a meaningful difference. Thank you to everyone who has contributed over the past year and helped create lasting social value in the communities where we work.
