The development is contained within in a single block raising to 10 storeys plus a basement car park. The development supports Wandle’s efforts in providing affordable homes within South London, building and managing quality housing and supporting the local communities.
The original development has been designed by Concept Architect CZWG Architects LLP, our in-house Design Teams have worked to update the design and worked in partnership with Greater London Authority (GLA) who have supported the scheme with a social housing grant.
