Success at East of England National Apprenticeship Awards

Higgins Partnerships has been successful for the second consecutive year winning the Recruitment Excellence Award at this year’s East of England National Apprenticeship Awards 2022.
The company also achieved Highly Commended for Large Employer of the Year. The awards, which are now in their 19th year, are designed to recognise and reward the achievements of exceptional apprentices, apprenticeship champions and apprenticeship employers.
Declan Higgins, Partnerships Director for Higgins Group comments, “As an organisation we recognise the importance of apprenticeships and offer a wide range of opportunities from Level 2 to Level 7, including our Management Trainee Programme, for both direct entrants to the business and for existing employees to support their ongoing development. We are delighted to have our work recognised by these prestigious awards.
“Apprenticeships are vital to help reduce the skills shortage within our industry, and we ensure they are not only available to school and college leavers but also those who may wish to retrain and take an alternative career path.”
Nine regional award ceremonies took place with the national finals being held on 30th November 2022.
