Higgins Partnerships is delighted to announce that its Ledbury Estate development, delivered in partnership with Southwark Council, has been honoured with a Gold Award at the prestigious Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards held in London.
In addition, four other Higgins developments - Boston Road, Garratt Lane, York Way Estate, and Hayes Town Centre - were each awarded Bronze, recognising their commitment to excellence across all areas of construction practice.
The CCS National Site Awards celebrate projects that go above and beyond in demonstrating respect for the public, valuing the workforce, and protecting the environment. The recognition highlights Higgins’ dedication to building more than just homes, creating long-lasting, positive impact within local communities while setting a high standard across the industry.
Declan Higgins, Chief Executive Officer at Higgins, said: “We are incredibly proud of our Ledbury Estate team for achieving Gold at this year’s National Site Awards. This recognition, alongside the Bronze awards for our other sites, reinforces our commitment to delivering not only high-quality developments but also meaningful social value. These awards are a testament to the respect, care, and professionalism our teams bring to every project.”
The Considerate Constructors Scheme plays a vital role in raising standards across the UK construction industry, and Higgins remains committed to championing its values
