Stonebridge, Brent

Mixed Use Development for the London Borough of Brent in Stonebridge. The development comprises 73 mixed tenure new homes across two sites and one retail unit with new public open space linking the two sites. The two sites Hillside and Milton Avenue form part of the masterplan to redevelop the heart of Stonebridge, with the aim of strengthening and improving community amenities and enriching the local environment.

The Hillside site consists of 51 one, two and three bedroom apartments, across two blocks, up to seven storeys in height with a roof terrace on both blocks. Hillside also has a ground level under croft car park with 22 spaces and a landscaped podium on the first-floor level, which links the two blocks. The Milton Avenue site features a terrace of 22, four bedroom, three storey townhouses. The development includes the creation of public open space and hard and soft landscaping with a new playground and outdoor gym included and a series of bridges over the existing canal feeder that runs through the sites.

As part of the development we have committed to delivering social value initiatives these have included: work experience, training for residents, community engagement events, apprenticeships, creation of local jobs, volunteering along with sustainability initiatives to create green spaces and promote environmental sustainability.

We have an ambitious target to deliver 5,000 affordable homes including 1,000 council homes. Our goal is to provide affordable and high-quality homes across Brent.”
