Higgins appointed to The Connected Partnership Contractor Framework

The Connected Partnership, the leading consortium of Octavia Housing, Origin Housing and Shepherds Bush Housing Group, has appointed Higgins to its Contractor Framework.

Focusing predominately in North and West London and the Home Counties, Higgins has been appointed to Lot 2 which covers refurbishment and new build projects with a value of over £10 million over a four year term.

This appointment sees Higgins add to its portfolio of framework places with recent successes on The Hyde Group Main Contractor Framework and Islington Council New Build Construction Framework.

The Connected Partnership focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. Connected also produces care schemes and some community, retail and commercial buildings.  In addition, Connected delivers regeneration schemes.
