We’ve changed our name and look

We are delighted to announce that we have changed our look and rebranded to Higgins Partnerships.
Steve Leakey, Managing Director explains, “It’s a really exciting time for the Group as we approach our 60th anniversary. Over the past few years we have seen the industry change in the way that housing is delivered, with the majority of housing schemes including both private and affordable tenures as well as commercial and community facilities.
“These projects often have many stakeholders that who we work in partnership with. As a result we have created one delivery vehicle to allow us, as a Group, to have the right foundations in place to continue our work with all of the major Registered Providers, Local Authorities and Build to Rent operators delivering high quality projects.”
As well as a new name and look, we have also introduced a new strapline which underpins our core values. These are central to everything we do and define what we represent, supporting and demonstrating our actions as a company.
“Think, Work, Be” encourages everyone to “think about the changes you want to make, include them in your work every day and be the change you want to make.” This approach can be applied to any of our core values:

As part of the Group, award winning Higgins Homes will continue to purchase land and seek new and exciting development opportunities.
Boston Road in Hanwell, Ealing is our first project branded as Higgins Partnerships in joint venture with A2Dominion. The prestigious development will see the creation of 333 high-quality homes, of which 216 are for private sale and 117 are of affordable tenure. The project will also enhance the existing residential area by providing shops, cafés and restaurants as well as a new village square situated just minutes from the Elizabeth’s Line’s Hanwell Station.
