Leading Housing Association A2Dominion has appointed Higgins Partnerships onto two lots of its £900 million Construction Framework, which will run for the next four years.

The new framework is divided into three regional lots, with Higgins Partnerships successful on the projects £10m to £25m and over £25m in London and the Home Counties.

Steve Leakey, Managing Director of Higgins Partnerships comments, “We already have a well-established relationship with A2Dominion working on a number of projects over the years, including our current schemes Bath Road, Hounslow and our joint venture site at Boston Road, Ealing so we are delighted to be appointed to their construction framework.”

A2Dominion plans to deliver 1,200 units per year over its 2020-2025 strategy period, with the pipeline split between 40% private sale and 60% equally shared between affordable rent, private rent and shared ownership.

Boston Road
The joint venture is creating 360 high-quality studio, one, two and three bedroom homes, 234 of which are for private sale and 126 for affordable tenure, over three blocks with 1,200 sq. metres of flexible working space on the ground floor to provide job opportunities to the area. The project will also enhance the existing residential area by providing shops, cafés and restaurants as well as a new village square situated just minutes from the Elizabeth’s Line’s Hanwell Station.

Bath Road
The scheme, on the site of a derelict Morrisons, will deliver 176 affordable homes, along with a new 6,100 sq. ft. food store. The homes will be in three blocks, ranging up to seven storeys high and have been designed to incorporate residential, outdoor and retail space and a play area.
