Higgins secures three lots on £1.5 billion LHC New Build Housing Construction Framework

Higgins Partnerships has been successfully secured a position on all lots and regions applied for on the new LHC H2, New Build Housing Construction Framework for England.

The new four-year framework covers North and Central England and London and the South-East, with an expected value of £500 million in each area. Higgins Partnerships has gained a place on the following lots:

  • Lot 5 – New Build Housing – Low Rise up to 11m floor height – project value £10 million to £20 million in East of England, London and South-East England regions
  • Lot 6 – New Build Housing – Low Rise up to 11m floor height – project value over £20 million in East of England, London and South-East England regions
  • Lot 10 - New Build Housing – Medium to High Rise Developments with floor height above 11m – project value over £10 million in East of England, London and South-East England regions

The LHC framework offers a range of new build housing solutions to the public sector, including: houses, bungalows, flats, apartments, sheltered accommodation, care homes, student accommodation, Net Zero Carbon and low energy buildings, development agreements and land purchases.
