Higgins Partnerships has been appointed to four lots on The Hyde Group’s Main Contractor Framework. This significant achievement strengthens Higgins’ position as a trusted delivery partner for large-scale residential developments across the region.

The four lots awarded to Higgins are:

·      Lot 2: East (£20m+) – covering Kent, Medway, Thames Gateway and East Sussex

·      Lot 4: South (£20m+) – covering Brighton, West Sussex and Hampshire

·      Lot 6: London (£20m+)

·      Lot 7: All regions (£50m+)

The framework will support The Hyde Group’s ambition to build 1,500 high-quality, safe, sustainable new homes over the next five years. In addition to Hyde’s pipeline, the framework will be accessible to other public sector bodies, enabling them to procure main contractor services for projects throughout the UK.

Steve Bailess, Pre-Construction Director for Higgins Partnerships, comments, “Our appointment to The Hyde Group’s Main Contractor framework is testament to the hard work, experience and dedication of our team.
