The joint venture is in the form of a limited liability partnership, with each member owning a 50% stake. Each party’s intention is to capitalise on one another’s resources and expertise for the successful delivery of the joint venture.
The development, located on Boston Road, Hanwell, offers 360 quality homes for genuinely affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale, located just minutes away from the Elizabeth’s Line Hanwell train station. The development is between 3 and 7 storeys high, comprising a total of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, 1,200 m2 of flexible workspace, ground floor retail and extensive amenity spaces throughout the development, including garden terraces, play spaces for children, rooftop gardens and a bustling village square.
The planning development for Hanwell Square was designed by Assael Architects and the delivery architect is Fourpoint Architects. Properties have been designed in three blocks, featuring contemporary soft brickwork that contrasts against the dark frames of the shop frontages to complete the ‘village square’ design, look and feel.
