Following the successful regeneration of phases one and two of the King Square Estate, Islington Council has awarded leading contractor Higgins the contract to redevelop the Telfer House site in Lever Street, Clerkenwell, Islington.
Brent Council has awarded Higgins the £14 million contract for the redevelopment of the Hillside and Milton Avenue sites as part of the redevelopment of Stonebridge.
Leading contractor, Higgins has been appointed by Populo Living, the London Borough of Newham’s wholly owned housing company, to build 77 new homes to be let at London Affordable Rent at its site at Grange Road, Plaistow.
